LET'S BUILD HOPE TOGETHER

Meaningful spaces I Thoughtful places

The new 5,200 square foot addition – incorporating a beautiful pyramidal translucent roof – is the design of local architecture firm i4architecture. The new space enables people to gather, learn, and prepare food in a new community kitchen and outdoors at a new firepit, barbeque, and oven. The new community room boasts a living green wall washed with natural light streaming through a pyramidal translucent glass roof. It’s multi-functional, a meeting place, conference room, ceremonial circle, celebration space, and more. Exterior materials of wood and stone ground the new addition and add characteristics appropriate for welcoming the communities RFDA serves.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SUPPORT!

"I give because I believe we need to invest in the people and projects for our community. The “building hope” capital campaign is a huge step forward to help Thunder Bay and the region battle the tsunami of poverty-related social barriers. Please join me in giving so we can create a central hub for collaboration, leadership, training, and long-term community wellness"
